Our founder is a long time classroom teacher for over 26 years and a school administrator for over 24 years. She brings a plethora of experience to the education arena. The students will have opportunities to learn & produce excellence as well.

Jesse Brayboy
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Jesse Brayboy will be responsible for the care taking of all facilities and technology as it relates to making sure we have items as needed & up to date. He has years of experience in this arena.
OUR BOARD
Our Board members are be responsible for the governance of the school, while the administration is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school. The Board's primary responsibilities are to effectively communicate and measure the school's success in reaching key objectives as listed below. We will add other metrics as the school matures and receives community feedback. The Agape Achievement Academy Board's primary duties/roles are: To ensure that the academic programs are effective and successful; promote the charter school's mission, hold Agape Achievement Academy accountable for the effective operation of the school and the achievement of its academic goals.

We believe that a highly motivated, passionate, dedicated staff will be the most significant factor in student recruitment & achievement. It is our goal to attract smart, organized, self-driven, experienced teachers who truly believe in Agape Achievement Academy’s mission & vision and also reflect the diversity of students. Our goal is for our teachers to become leaders & decision-makers. Thus, we strive for them to have greater ownership and pride in the teaching & learning process. Thus, we plan to employ the best teaching staff for our students.
