       Per NC G.S. 115C-218.45 (a), any child who is qualified for admission to kindergarten through Grade 11 in a NC Public School is qualified for admission to Agape Achievement Academy. We shall not discriminate against any student based on ethnicity, national origin, gender, or disability. Except as otherwise provided by law or the charter of Agape Achievement Academy.  We shall not limit admission to students on the basis of intellectual ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, disability, race, creed, gender, national origin, religion, or ancestry.

       This form is an intent form only, if you want your child to enroll in the Agape Achievement Academy Charter School.  The school is proposed to open in 2024 with K-3 grades. You may still enroll your child for the next 2 years (grades 4 and 5).
